I've name changed to protect my identity.

I have just read a report which shows that my supervisor lied to another organisation last year about a situation (I'm sorry can't be more specific) . I thought at the time something dodgy was happening as I had been cut out of meetings and now I can see the reason is they wanted to scapegoat me and say that I had made decisions which were, in fact, the management's.

Quitting isn't an option; I can't tunnel out for several years yet. This isn't the first time that something like this has happened but probably the most overt example. Don't know what to do - I don't feel like confrontation would end well but my confidence is shot and it's impacting my health.

Any advice?

Ah that sounds shit op. Are there likely to be disciplinary actions for you due to this? Can you ask for their proof that you made this decision as surely there would be a paper trail?

Thank you - I think they did it to protect the agency. I won't face any immediate consequences or disciplinary. Really the harm is to my reputation and the trust the other organisation would have in me.

I don't know if letting it go is a smart long term move, or just me avoiding conflict!
