Court ordered 50/50 access with abusive, any positive stories

Anyone got positive experiences of court order 50/50 contact with an abusive ex? If you want to share negatives too or tips on how to cope please do so.. just want to hear from those with abusive ex's and this set up.

Did you provide evidence to the courts of their abusive behaviour? Has the courts said it’s supervised access or not?

I did provide evidence, texts, statements from witnesses, his own admissions. Cafcass said they had not safeguarding concerns so it is unsupervised contact, equal split. It's been hell so far but just looking for some bit of hope or ways to cope. Already going through therapy for complex PTSD, so I suppose any practical advice. I have set up an email account specifically for child arrangements after a comment from another board.. but I still have to do handovers and he wants these to be at my front door as opposed to
at a set of shops as advised by cafcass

Then tell him they will be at the shops as advised.
He is continuing to abuse you - you need to find a way of stopping that.

Or get someone else to do that handover. It does not have to be you.
