Really fed up with my lack of control over food

I weigh more now than I did in my 3rd trimester. I just constantly eat. I do eat healthily but then I binge. Today for example I ate very healthy. I had my dinner then I ate crisps, chocolates abs whole packet of biscuits. I wasn’t hungry at all just bored. I keep sabotaging myself. What can I do?

Low carbing helps me because carbs make you more hungry due to insulin spikes and it's a vicious circle.

I always have some healthy salad and vegetables in and I just eat those if I'm feeling nibbly.

A decaff coffee will stop you feeling hungry as well. Decaff works better than a one with caffeine in.
