So sick of this crap. I saw that Twitter storm about NHS East England talking about pregnant ‘people’’ rather than women. I really take issue with the fact that it’s principally women’s stuff that’s being changed/erased - I wouldn’t care if people had the same fervour in changing men’s stuff too. But go to e.g. prostate cancer page on NHS website and lo and behold apparently it’s not people with prostates - apparently only men can have prostates.

One thing that has been fucking me off hugely this past few months. The term ACTRESS being binned off. Now they are all ACTORS. Fuck knows how they're going to give anyone a 'best actress' award in future.

Seriously, who decides it should all change? I don't remember getting the memo, or being asked to vote. Whether it's the actor/actress bollox, or the men/non-men tripe, or the 'pregnant people' debacle, or the people who menstruate bullshit, or the 'men identifying as women, and being allowed into womens safe spaces and if you don't allow them in you're transphobic' crap, I have NEVER had a say in any of it, and neither has any woman I know.

I agree with @romdowa, women don't matter in society these days, and neither do their opinions. Even their health issues/worries are dismissed and poo-pooed. I know for a fact that if MEN had to suffer debilitating pain for 3-4 days a month, and flooding from their monthly cycle, and if MEN had to suffer the pain of labour and childbirth (and sometimes life changing birth injuries,) and if MEN had to cope with shoving foreign objects into their body to prevent pregnancy, (ie, the coil or birth control pill with the issues/mood swings/depression that can go with it,) and if MEN had to suffer the menopause, (and all the depression/mood swings that go with THAT;) lots of research would have been done to help them... DECADES ago.

Who'd be a fucking woman eh? From being sexually harassed/assaulted, to being kept back in the workplace, having periods, having the menopause, giving birth, being expected to shoulder the lions share of the housework and childcare AND look after elderly relatives (as well as working in many cases,) and with many men being entitled, passive-aggressive, lazy twats; being a woman is really fucking shit sometimes. And with all these wanky fucking changes, it's getting worse every day!
