To be worried about the cosmetic affect of Botox treatment for migraines?

I've just been offered a choice of 3 treatments for chronic migraines: GONI, Botox or Ajovy.

Out of the 3 I have been considering the Botox but my main concern is that it'll cause a significant negative change to my face such as droopy brows or eyelids.
I'm quite sensitive about my face and how I look as have struggled with low self esteem for a long time.
I'm conflicted as obviously living with chronic migraines is a nightmare and I desperately want something to stop the pain or at least reduce the amount of migraines I get so think it may be worth a try but at the same time I'm hesitant to do anything to my face that may have a negative impact.
I could consider the other two options but one is an injection to the optical nerve which freaks me out and the other is a monthly self injection which may not be so bad.
Has anyone had Botox for migraines and experienced any unwanted side effects like drooping?

I have had an occipital nerve block which is 2 injections into the back of your head. It's not pleasant but not bad enough to stop me getting it done again. Has helped with my headaches to some degree (I have vestibular migraine). But I'm also of an age where I'd consider botox for cosmetic reasons so would be quite pleased with killing 2 birds with one stone!. I also take 10mg amiltriptyline daily which has helped. I hope you find your cure, it's an awful thing to live it.
