Freakiest things your DC have said

I’m still a bit reeling from this. Our 2.5 year old DS came home from nursery this week and asked to see photos of him in ‘mummy’s tummy’. Then he patted my stomach and said ‘little brother in mummy’s tummy’. We laughed and assumed that one of his friend’s mums must be expecting and that they’d discussed this in nursery. However nursery said no, no other mums are pregnant and they’ve been talking about baby animals but not human babies. Imagine our shock when I start feeling a bit dizzy and sick and take a pregnancy test to find out I am expecting! Not exactly planned and we certainly haven’t talked about it with DS. If this baby turns out to be a boy we’ll be doubly gobsmacked.

So are toddlers psychic or just a huge coincidence? Your freaky thing children have said stories please. (F off Daily Mail etc)

My Ds2 said that he'd been here before when he was little, he was quote matter of fact about it

Congratulations! My daughter did something similar, I was only 8 weeks at the time, and nobody other than my DH knew! She was two and said "baby in mama's tummy"!

My DD drew a picture in my Mother’s Day card when she was 4. It was “mummy, daddy and me” I asked why mummy had a huge round tummy. She replied very matter of factly; “it’s the baby”
2 weeks later we found out I was pregnant.

Not mine as still too little but my friends daughter once came downstairs after going to bed. She was crying and said (and I quote this directly) "the man with the knife outside my window is there again".

I went upstairs with her and looked out the window (absolutely terrified haha) and there was no one there. Her mum said she talked about this man all the time.

She was about 4, the shivers went through my soul!!

My youngest wakes up a lot in the night and talks about a 'nice lady with a baby boy' that he see's, he says she looks after him. Describes her as having long red hair.

My grandmas mum (long red hair) passed away in childbirth and sadly the baby didn't make it either.

I know it's probably just a coincidence but it makes my heart happy Smile
