The Russian alphabet is Cyrillic script. оборудование Санкт-Петербург is Equipment St Petersburg. And what sort of spy labels their kit? It's hardly 007 level. It's a bit unclear what the monitoring equipment actually does that planting some monitors in specific spots wouldn't achieve more effectively.
It looks like such a daft assumption, yet seems to be taken as fact by a great many people in Norway and internationally. AIBU and missing some obvious link?
