Sunday Nights ....

Do you prefer them now or 10/20 years ago?

I have always hated Sunday nights. Even if I don’t have work the following day it still seems to make me feel sad and low!

I like Sunday nights, no social engagements, kids usually exhausted from sports clubs and family stuff we do like bike rides or cricket nets so they go to sleep early! I organise bags for the next week, do the weekly online shop, talk to DH over a glass of wine after the kids are in bed about the week ahead and coordinate diaries. It's a lovely quiet evening. I like my job though, so don't dread Mondays! And DH works Sundays so Monday is just another workday for him.
