I know this isn't a AIBU but it's where the traffic is..

My sister said to me this evening that their friend works over night at M&S and is on £19per hour. I don't believe her (or him)
I work nights in a big chain supermarket and get just over £13.

So does anyone know if M&S do indeed pay £19.00PH to stock shelves in London?

If so, I'm clearly working in the wrong supermarket! 🤣

According to recruitment site they pay a premium of 25% for over nights. That would still only make her rate £16 odd if compared to yours. But I assume your rate already includes a premium at £13?
