AIBU to ask for I.T help ahead of interview tomorrow?

Not really a AIBU but shamelessly posting for traffic ☺️

I have an interview tomorrow via Teams. They have sent the invite via my personal email yet, I only have a Teams account on my nhs email account. Does this matter? Should I get them to re-send the invite via my nhs account? Can I send it on to myself?

I need to upload my PowerPoint so crucial I can get it all working.

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a teams account to "attend" a trans meeting. You can either use teams via browser or download the app. You may just need to log out with your nhs email.

If they have sent you a invite you go in as a guest, it doesn’t matter what email you use. You put your name in the box and they will let you in meeting

Yes just follow the link and have your PowerPoint ready to share

Thank you. Rather than share my screen, I’d like to upload my PowerPoint to teams. This means I can see the notes yet the panel cannot. Can you upload it without an account of sorts?

Do you have a 2nd monitor? The easiest way to do this is pull up your presentation put it in presentation mode and then have your notes on the screen with the camera.

I do hope that makes sense. You will want share rather than have everyone going through their own copy and it would be weird if you didn’t present.

Have a read of this article, you can share the PowerPoint into teams from the web and see presenter view support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-powerpoint-slides-in-a-teams-meeting-fc5a5394-2159-419c-bc59-1f64c1f4e470
