Although not entirely unexpected, the inevitable pressure from PIL has started about going for Christmas. They live in a semi developed country where COVID is largely ignored rather than controlled. They genuinely think it will be realistic to travel there for two weeks with 3dc without any restrictions that might impact school/work at a reasonable cost.
YABU - it could happen, don't write it off
YANBU - there is no way this is realistic
(I know IABU talking about Christmas in May but I need to shut this down asap)
