My line manager is pushing me to apply for a job two pay scales higher than my current job. It's on the same team. Some other colleagues have mentioned me going for it too.
The extra money would be nice but honestly I just feel like I'd find it time consuming learning all the new ways and systems. I might feel stressed and out of my depth.

I feel like I'd be a fool not to go for it, she even suggested that it was some kind of female inferiority complex when I said I wasn't sure, and that if I was a man I'd be going for it. Maybe she's right, I don't know.
AIBU to just plod along doing what I'm doing. Passing up an opportunity to develop professionally and earn more. I don't earn much.
