Started C25K on Tuesday,did it a couple of years ago and I remember it working it terms of fitness,losing weight,toning up etc.Completed day 1 and felt really good.
Woke up yesterday all smug at the fact that my unfit wine and crisp loving body wasn't aching in the slightest,obviously fitter than I thought eh? 
Erm no.Woke up aching to fuck today like I'd run a marathon in the night! What is this magical bullshit?
