I hate periods! The couple of days leading up to when it starts I just feel bleugh and the period itself and you can guarantee I ll be snappy or worry over little things... has anyone found any tips of how to make periods less horrible!?!

Well, they're a part of life and unless you want to ingest hormones or have surgery you are stuck with them. #helpful

I get irritable and anxious around my period and on the first day I hate absolutely anyone and anything crossing my path. I also found that I'm a lot more decicisive and less likely to put up with low level bullshit. So, I've come to appreciate that time of the month.

I just roll with it. Husband is aware, brings me chocolate and gives me space. They've been happening for 20 years and I can expect them to continue for a while yet so I just have to adapt. Luckily I don't have any serious problems around them; if I had, I'd seek solutions with a sympathetic doctor.

Luckily it doesn't put me in a bad mood but I do get a bit lethargic for a couple days. I just let myself be lazy and relax.

I don’t have major problems with it but I feel tired and cranky a couple of days before , sometimes headache then bloated and just not completely my rational self!

Sounds pretty normal to me. Just remind yourself that you know what it is and it'll pass. Take whatever paracetamol or food you need.
