Can anyone help me find this song? It stuck in my head but can’t fully guess the lyrics!

I think it’s 90’s/early 2000’s, maybe Madonna? It’s a haunting sounding song, the chorus is a long ‘mmm’ or ‘ooh’, then something like ‘don’t tell me you’ve moved on’. That may not be the lyrics at all but I’m hoping someone will know the song I mean!!

I'm gonna take a punt at Frozen by Madonna. Right era, wrong lyrics, although they do match syllable wise 'if I could melt your heart'
