Rats between floors...

AIBU to not want to go to bed??? Not heard it before - definite noise from between ground floor and upstairs which dh reckons is rats!

Where is better - upstairs or down? And more to the point, how do I get rid of them??

We had noise before and it was actually just nesting birds. 🤞🏼

Dont blame you, I'd be terrified too. I would contact a pest control company in the morning and get it dealt as quickly as possible.

I'd contact pest control ASAP.

Pest control . Probably in the cavity wall. If you are semi or terraced you'll have to get neighbours involved too I imagine

Why does he think it's rats? Mice are very noisy you know!

Also, if it's between upstairs and downstairs, they are either getting in downstairs or maybe through the roof - they are unlikely to be getting in at that level.
