To wonder how long gp lists can be closed for

I found a small local practice that I would like to register with. The list is currently closed. As far as I’m aware it’s been closed for few months but the website doesn’t say when it will re open. Is there a time limit?

I don't believe there is, as it will be closed until current patients leave the practice to make space for new ones.
