Tell me your favourite foodie cafe meals

I've got an interview for a cafe that wants to go upmarket.As a chef I have some ideas.I thought I would ask your fav cafe dishes and snack meals.

Posh beans on toast.

Sourdough rubbed with garlic and butter and topped with haricot beans and truffle oil, and feta if you wish!

Can't beat a home made quiche and coleslaw.
I call this my 'National Trust' lunch.

There's a cafe near us that sells pretty much nothing but varieties of houmous with various toppings. Houmous on toast, houmous in a bowl or on top of a fancy salad.
It seems to do well and 3 small pots of houmous with bread is £10. To me that's very boring and a waste of money.
Other cafes nearby are doing things like poutine (not posh!!) and loaded fries. Astronomical prices for basically a potato
I like things like flatbreads with flame grilled chicken/halloumi/salmon, grains, greens pomegranate seeds and a chilli/lime dressing.
Love buddha bowls and Yoghurt buddha bowls for breakfast.

I've never heard of Buddha bowls tbh
