Just got something from M&S click and collect. Thrown in a bag and looks like a creased rag. Not the first time. Boden always beautifully packed. Even George at Asda clothes are well packed. Marks are a disgrace. It makes you wonder how they keep going.

Had a faulty remote control car from M&S and my new jeans from there have ripped! Not impressed at all

I am very cross with M&S today, though normally I am a Big fan. Ordered some Nuxe products as there was a free gift, checked out fine. Today get an email to say free gift cancelled Not happy!!

And they are still advertising the free gift online!!!
