To ask what other jobs have £30,000 annual housing refurbishment allowance

The PM has a £30,000 annual refurbishment budget for his accommodation. Not a one off allowance on taking office. But £30,000 per year to put towards the maintenance and refurbishment of the flat.
I was just wondering what other jobs with tide accommodation have such generous allowances?

I think church manses have a refurbishment budget but not on that scale and I’m guessing it has to be necessary repairs and maintenance.
Maybe National Trust properties? I looked at renting one very cheaply once, though you’d be responsible for any repairs, so perhaps not.
Velux windows in an Elizabethan property anyone?

Makes sense to have a fund that can be accessed if necessary rather than no budget and something happens. I oversee a few budgets at work for various properties and it means I have the budget if I need to use it ( or want to do some improvements)
Most public buildings have similar.
