to think that the devolution settlement and Barnett formula need changing and are harming Scotland?

In favour of the union but can accept a vote to leave if Scotish voters choose to leave it, but the current arrangements seem to have led to a situation where a poor, longstanding government takes the extra money and does little of use with it whilst focusing on nonsense that brings little benefit, and has undermined the economic ability to go solo. Strategically, the argument for independence would be far stronger if competent government had resulted in clear wins, and yet, there seem to only be losses in education, health and cohesion. Time for a change in funding and devolved powers?
