Sorry didn't know where to put this, but just wondering if anybody knows can you just use Facebook for the groups your apart of and not see anything to do with your friends, hope that makes sense

Yes. You can just not friend people or mute everyone.

I use Facebook for groups I am in only. I have ‘Facebook’ friends but unfollow all of them so I don’t see their posts. I don’t like Facebook much but there are a couple of study and hobby groups I am in which I enjoy. Just unfollow OP. Click on profile, then tick unfollow. You can remain friends but without seeing their posts.

You could either have an account you use just for groups and not friend anyone or unfollow everyone you are already friends with

I have an account with a name and no friends, purely to access marketplace and a few other groups. So I see nothing in the feed etc.

its good for marketplace, but I generally avoid it like the plague

It's quite simple. Either remove the friends or unfollow them so their stuff doesn't come up on their newsfeed! 😊

Are you asking if you could do this yourself if you wanted to or checking its possible to catch someone out as you didnt think it was?
