AIBU - song lyrics identification help!

Hi all,

AIBU to ask if you can help me identify a song and who sings it please?

I’ve been trying to work out who sings this. Unhelpfully, the only lyric in the song I can remember is ‘can you hear me?’

I think it’s from a song sung by a female singer, and it’s very soulful and heartfelt (very similar to Celeste, Amy Winehouse etc, but not either of those two).

I think I might have heard it on the radio or maybe in a film or TV ad, perhaps from Netflix or Amazon. Tried to Google the lyrics several times, but obviously not much to go on and Google is not particularly helpful!

Would be fab if you could help please!
