To think I’ve been bitten by a spider?

I was driving along and all of a sudden, this indescribable intense itch appeared on my hand. I had to pull over!

I looked and there’s this sort of hive looking thing with two teeny tiny dark dots on it. Can’t really see them sometimes when I look again, it’s really hard to see. The itch is insane, so intense

A spider has bitten me driving along, hasn’t it? No flies spotted in my car that came in my field of vision so can’t be that.

It is so so itchy, really trying not to scratch so I’ve put a plaster over it. Awful thing

Yes. I got bitten by a false widow recently and that’s exactly how it felt and looked.

I've been bitten by a spider but it's more burny than itchy?

Funnily enough, I was driving along last Friday, when the left side of my left thumb started to sting like a burn - there was nothing to see at all. I was distracted by my son, forgot about it, until we got out of car 90 minutes later and there was a fat blister there. It burst later in the day when washing up - now there is a little scab.

I’ve had a false widow bite and it felt the same as you’ve described.
It’s itchy burning lasted 3 days and the lump and rash took over a week to go.

I had a bite from what I think was a spider on my ankle a few years ago. Two puncture marks.

It turned into celulitis so keep an eye on it

Insanely itchy was exactly how it felt (before the celulitis set in)

I was driving along and got bitten by a tiny spider on the knuckle.
It swelled up and I ended up with a red line going up my arm so had antibiotics and some special cream form the Foote along with antihistamines
