Me and exh have got a family house together, children all grown up and we have separated but not officially divorced. He is horrible, and the process of just living with him after separating is agonising. He hasnt made any of this easy. A week ago I finally got my only little place, I was finally able to feel a glimmer of happiness again in a long long time. He found his own place, our house which is on the market was selling, all was going okay. However now suddenly our house sell has fallen through and I'm about to lose my chance to escape this hell hole. What can I do? The property has gone back on the market but I'm worried if I leave and my exh stays until the house sells he will take over and mess with our money. I'll be giving him full control. Posting on here for traffic. Just need advice really!
