To ask for help with reflux

And sorry, it’s a shameless post for traffic Blush

Is there ANYTHING I can ask for or do to stop my 4 month old spewing his feeds up, sometimes up to an hour and a half later?

I am fed up of changing his clothes and my clothes and hair washing and so on. But also the obvious problem is I don’t know how much he’s having. So it’s difficult to gauge fed times and so on.

Worse than that though is that he’s very distressed by it and I think (though can’t be sure) it stops him napping well. He rarely sleeps for more than two hours in the day. As a result he’s very overtired in the evening.

Sitting him up doesn’t work. We’ve had Gaviscon and omeprazole and neither have really helped and it’s driving me mad!

Starrr123 She bloody loved it. Total game changer. There isn’t much evidence that food at 4 months is bad. The 6 month advice is very much erring in the side of caution. My younger child was happy on milk so we waited until 6 months. Early weaner is by far the better eater, anecdotal I know.
