Anyone feeling the same? Left behind after lockdown easing

I'm feeling quite down recently. I feel since lockdown has eased everyone is back at work, school, meeting people. However I just feel left behind. I quit my job and decided to study for a degree and change career. My uni is all online, never had any in face teaching this year so haven't made any friends. So I'm just at home alone while my DS is at school, partner is at work and so are my friends. Tbh is rubbish and quite lonely. Anyone feeling similar to this?

Yep. I’m pregnant so being just as cautious as I was before lockdown started to ease. No going to the pub or meeting up in big groups for me for a while yet! It’s hard but will be worth it. It will be for you too when you get your degree :) x

I know it will definitely be worth it 😊 I just hate sitting around at home alone. I lime being social but it's hard atm when everything is online

Yep same. I'm kinda used to it now tbh, I think it's gonna be hard when baby's born and the hoards descend! 😂

OP your degree will be worth it. And lockdown isn't properly eased, you'll feel different in a little while when people can meet up properly again I think.
