To constantly feel sad ?

I have been living in London for the last 10 years but I’m French. I love London, it’s my home but because of Covid I havent seen my parents and sisters in almost 2 years. I know there is worst than me and I try my best and get on with it but there is always some sadness in the background. I don’t want an holidays, I just want to see my family and smell the french air 😩
