Ds complaining stiff shoulder during the week now this rash appear yesterday and more on back/chest today. Its burning/tingle tonight

He would be with animals and clothes are line dried
But the stiff shoulder was making me thing shingles

It looks very much like shingles. He needs to see a GP as soon as possible if so, as anti viral medication might be needed.

I could be wrong, but don’t you have to had chicken pox first, before you are vulnerable to shingles?
I’m not completely sure, but that’s what I’ve always been taught.
