Bodycon - how figure hugging is too figure hugging?

AIBU to ask how you feel about bodycon clothes? Do you think only perfectly toned and slim people should wear figure hugging fashion? Or is it attractive to see curvy bodies in form revealing garments? My DH loves me in long, slim-fitting dresses, but I am far from thin. I do gave a small waist but I’m pear-shaped with a big bum, hips & thighs. I’m bothered my body isn’t ‘right’ for this fashion.
YANBU the Kim K & J Lo big bum, hips & boobs, lusciously curvaceous look is attractive, and suits all shapes & sizes. It can look classy done the ‘right’ way.
YABU only slim people with fab figures should be allowed to wear these clothes, and even then it can be distasteful, definitely not classy.

Wear whatever you like!

If it fits properly, whatever your size/shape, you're good to go. My only quibble would be that fashion has moved on a bit.

I voted YABU because it's bizarre to dress in a way you're not comfortable with just because your husband likes it. Body size and shape are neither here nor there.

I think bodycon looks best on pear or hourglass types... those like Kim K, Jlo etc. Maybe it’s my young age showing? (Early 20s)

Sorry, I should clarify. I would never dress in a certain way just for DH. I like the look, he loves me in it, but I’m wary because I’m curvy. I have a couple of figure-hugging dresses that I feel sexy & confident in because he’s so enthusiastic, drives him wild with passion lol!
I hear your quibble @Oncemoretwicemore but there’s plenty of this look in the shops, magazines & on tv/Insta fashion ‘influencers’.
