AIBU to hate automatic toilet flushes?

It might be because I’m a larger lady, but I really hate automatic toilet flushes (the ones with sensors for your hand). When I shift position, I get an unexpected douching as my back goes across the sensor. Anyone else, or am I doing something wrong?!

I get the benefits they give for hygiene, but could the sensor maybe be moved a little further away from the seat??

I hate them too, for the same reason (and my arse isn’t even all that massive!). There’s one in my local supermarket loos that always seems to be set off by me reaching for the toilet paper. Terrible design.

I hate the ones that are on an automatic cycle, so if you linger a fraction too long you get a soaking.
