My ex partner hasn’t paid maintenance in 6 months I’ve gone through the csa and he’s still not paying and he’s said he has no intentions of paying. He constantly argues with me about when he sees our daughter he works shift work and has her 3 days a week 4/5 hours each time she is 1 and when she comes back she’s very unsettled. The days are always different he sends his rota with little notice and it so hard sorting days as he’s either busy or I am or our daughter is in daycare. I’ve suggested mediation and he’s refused it. I dunno what to do next as I just get verbal abuse if he doesnt like it.
