I've been marinating turkey breast steaks. I got the idea from a recipe for 'steaming' as I've bought a new steamer and wanted to try it out. Clicked into the cooking method and it tells you to fry them after marinating!
So now I'm not sure what to do. I'll be freezing them after cooking, I just have to use them up today before they go off.

So what would you do? Marinating for 30 mins or so in olive oil, thawed chopped garlic (the pre prepared frozen kind), juice of half a lemon and a half teaspoon of paprika. Nothing special really.

Looking for tastiest method of cooking.

Sorry for posting here but under pressure for time!

Freeze them in the marinade.

Don't forget to label the freezer bag so you know what they are.

I can't imagine steamed turkey would be very nice. I'd flash fry for colour and finish in the oven.

Steaming just sounds like it will be flaccid and then you're going to freeze and reheat, will be dry.

Mash 'em, boil 'em, stick 'em in a stew?

Oh sorry, that's potatoes...
