Sorry for posting here but health doesn't get much traffic.
So I've been preliminarily diagnosed with Vestibular Migraines. Put on 10mg of Amitriptyline and told to stop taking my Betahistine (I can't yet, they help the full ears)
I think I might be triggered by food! So the plan is to give up all forms of crap and live healthily. I'm just not sure how. Can anyone help me with snacks and meals? I've been having steak, veg and homemade chips a few nights and felt good the next day. But I can't live on steak! Any homemade sauce ideas please? For pastas and things. I thought I was pretty good at home cooking but it's surprising how many jars and sachets I use. Thanks in advance
