Most of the time?

I do if I've had a cold and been blowing it hard, or more frequently.

Zancah · 09/04/2021 13:20

It depends what "Most of the time" means.

All the time when you have a cold or sinus problems - yeah fine.
All the time full stop when you otherwise feel fine, I'd get it looked at.

Quite common if you are pregnant

Crappyfridays7 · 09/04/2021 13:25

If you have some trauma or hayfever or allergies I have this the majority of the time

RunnerDuck2020 · 09/04/2021 13:50

I’ve had this since being pregnant.

Nitgel · 09/04/2021 13:51

I have this now due to hayfever

SisterAgatha · 09/04/2021 13:53

I have a very sensitive septum and have it a lot. Hay fever, exercise, being excited, even the slightest cold, I get blood. My son is the same, he had it cauterised at hospital in the end.

FuckyouCovid21 · 09/04/2021 13:53

How strange all the other posters have this, I never have apart from the time I had a cold sore in my nose

SisterAgatha · 09/04/2021 13:55

I also had it a lot when I worked in central London as well as the black sooty mucus.

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 09/04/2021 13:56

I had a deviated septum which used to lead to this partly because one side would block up and get inflamed. My sinuses used to block up too.
Since I had surgery it’s been much better.

steff13 · 09/04/2021 13:57

I do, but I have allergies so my nose is irritated a lot of the time.
