I have a ongoing health condition and am signed up to echo pharmacy.
I needed a prescription put through so added the medication to my account. My GP said she had put it through. Yet it comes up on my account as her needing to authorise them. I got back in touch with her today and she got very snappy with me, said she had definitely sent it through and that there must be something wrong with my account. There isn't and now I am without my medication. Aibu to feel frustrated and to not know what to do next?

There has never been a problem adding medication before up until now so I don't understand what the problem is and I feel I am being passed from one to the other with nobody really helping.
