I started back at my workplace last week after been off ill for 10 months. I don't think I can cope. I know its early days still. It's so different and so busy, I don't think I can do the job anymore.
I feel like I want to quit but there are no other jobs available. I don't know what to do 😢
AIBU to be feeling like this?

I would sit down with your boss now and talk it through. If you were off for so long they have a duty of care to help you get back into the workplace and they should have a support plan in place for you. And if they don't then demand it.
Could you cut back on hours for a while to help you back?
I always think the difficulty is after a shit few days or weeks at work that no workplace or job is perfect and they will all have pros and cons but you shouldn't be left to feel crap all the time at work.
Hope it gets better and if it doesn't, hope you find something better

I am on a phased return at the moment.
I have no support plan in place, just been told the hours I am working and increasing them gradually.
