Child safety concern to report to police

Hi
Currently there are two little boys about 3 and 5 playing unattended and riding on their bike on the grass outside my house. They live on the neighbouring close- there is no visual from their house for parents. They have been riding around the close on bikes to be fair no cars but in an hour not once have the parents came out and this has happened frequently over the past few months
I'm keeping an eye on them but I'm concerned is it over the top to report to the police? A few months back one child ran away and the police were knocking door to door. I want to report this but anonymously. AIBU to stick my
Nose in?

I am a retired SW and I would say to report it to the police. Lack of supervision can indicate other things going on and the children need to be safeguarded.

I've reported it via 101 now over an hour and no parent has come out

I would report it to the police too. A 5 & 3 year old shouldn’t be out alone.

I would report too. Lack of supervision is a sign of neglect.
