Woman with bunch of flowers in waitrose talking to the assistant "my son bought me these flowers but I don't like them can I swap them" I mean really?? How could you not like flowers u weirdo, why would you bother to take them back and surely you should just be bloody grateful some people..

I once heard a woman at Tesco customer service say she wanted a refund on a dressing up outfit because the black currant stain hadn’t washed out, meaning the outfit was faulty.
