Walking round the house wearing newly acquired boot grieves, has announced he's Dr Who, has swept me with an electronic device that buzzes and has declared me mainly human?

For info, we're both 52, somewhat eccentric tbf with a penchant for dressing up, so it's not that big a deviation from the norm but even so......

Is he a bit steampunk or more LARP?

My DP is currently wielding a bottle of mould spray. Sensible but not very exciting tbh.

Well, he's had a Steampunk phase, but is more Goth really. He wears a really ancient much repaired top hat and Goggles, but that was from before Steampunk was a thing - apparently it's an homage to Linda Perry.

I'm encouraging him to put new bedding on the bed by way of distraction. I feel a bit mean.

As he brought up Linda Perry when I mentioned Steampunk, we're now being treated to "What's Up".......

I think he sounds fun.

I once had a boyfriend turn up on my doorstep wearing a voicechanging cyberman helmet. He proceeded to serenade me in a cyberman voice from the street.

That's really sweet !

Never a dull moment here - and actually, after he lost his mojo quite badly being furloughed from the job he is devoted too for so long, if it made him happy to pirouette round the kitchen in a tutu, angel wings and a tricorn, I'd be happy too!

We would love to entertain you - we used to have big parties at our old rental, and by heavens we miss them!

When all this is over , we fantasise about a gala style event!
