Just that really. My order hasn't arrived, according to tracking it's still in the warehouse where it's been for 7 days now. Their customer service number they just hang up, no recorded message nothing.

Is anyone else experiencing issues?

That’s really strange. I’ve paced 3 orders in the last 3 weeks and all of them have arrived pronto! I haven’t had any problems so far, mine you I’ve haven't had to call their customer services yet so don’t know what that is like. I hope they’re not going under , as I’m new to COS and loving their stuff so far. Hope you get your order soon.

If it’s like my Zara order, they won’t have paid the postage on it...

Finally managed to get through to customer services. To anyone reading who voted for the UK to leave the EU, thanks a bunch. So not only can I not stay in EU for my customary 8 months, my delivery is held up in customs in Holland where it has sat for 6 days so far. 😡

I ordered from Monsoon before lockdown1 and thought the fascinators and sandals I had ordered looked really cheap for £90 so I returned them.

I was never refunded via PayPal despite proof of return from PO. Just completely ignored emails and telephone calls. There was absolutely no way to get through to them.

I think that a few names will be disappearing from the market.

Perhaps, rather that Brexit, a minor little thing like a pandemic could be responsible. At least you know the company hasn’t gone under with your money, before you got your order. It’s as if some people are never happy.

I work for a well known shoe company doing internet orders in the uk. We are so busy at the moment. Busier than Black Friday. 7 days seems a bit long though. We are usually. 4/5 days standard delivery, even on busy weeks.

It's not necessarily Brexit. I ordered some items from Spain last week which arrived within 4 days. Which was a week quicker than when I ordered the same things pre Brexit.

Depends if it’s stuck because they don’t have the staff able to work because they are off sick, shielding or isolating though. Covid is causing massive backlogs in itself.
