Fungers infections are rubbish.

ChickenyChick · 30/03/2021 14:35

Bloody hell,

I had to read it 3 times

I was about to launch into a rant on human rights....oops

I am taking next week off. I clearly need it!

CuriousaboutSamphire · 30/03/2021 14:35

Is it too late to explain that I meant to type

Maybe run your funger inder it

But I didn't quite manage the second bit! Mainly because my posts are chock full of typos and mispers anyway!

Doris86 · 30/03/2021 14:40
@Doris86

Read the OP again very carefully. You are off on completely the wrong tack. 🤣
Haha. In my defence I was looking on my phone and the file attached was so small I couldn’t really see it. Just started responding based on other people’s responses.

But my answer still stands! No need for it to be mandatory because 99% of people will want to do it! :)

Do you know how many times I had to read that?

The mind does like to play tricks on us Grin

Gobbeldegook · 30/03/2021 14:46

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

CustardySergeant · 30/03/2021 14:47

had to read it four times. It just shows how easily our brains can be tricked into seeing things that are not there! The words "mandatory vaccination" must be deeply ingrained in people's sub conscious like some sort of cerebral autocorrect!

CharityDingle · 30/03/2021 14:53

Exactly. I went back and read it a few times before seeing the vac word properly Grin
YouTediousShit · 30/03/2021 14:54

Yep. Had to read it four times here too!
(And I used to be a proof reader as part of my job) Covid has made my brain go to mush!

KindofAwakeTonight · 30/03/2021 14:54

I agree 100% OP. However, I don't support people being forced to have passports.

After all, there's nice places to holiday in the UK.

Grin
Nancydrawn · 30/03/2021 14:57

It's kind of wonderful to watch the righteous indignation suddenly dissolve.

mellicauli · 30/03/2021 14:57

you got me...had to read it 3 times..Well done

I have never agreed with a statement MORE!! :)
Thefaceofboe · 30/03/2021 15:03

quickly deletes angry typing... Grin

KerplunkingAway · 30/03/2021 15:04

Ha ha ha... You got me.

Although to be fair to myself, you only had to say "read it again" once.

You played a blinder there.

On a side note, really quite interesting from a psychological manipulation standpoint too.

nowlook · 30/03/2021 15:06

Chapeau, OP Grin

Didn't get it until about the fifth poster down used a bikini emoji Blush

There's a lot to be said for RTFT, isn't there?

RaspberryCoulis · 30/03/2021 15:16

@FluffMagnet

Forced medical procedures? Fucking hell ... yeah that's not a slippery slope.
Agree.

But policing what you do inside your own home, making leaving the UK illegal, and having physical contact with family members illegal can also be seen as a slippery slope.

Neither are right.

minou123 · 30/03/2021 15:24

Can I just say, fair play to the posters who, after thier angry ranting and calling the OP all sorts of horrible names, come back and laugh at this.

MarieDelaere · 30/03/2021 15:28

Clever Grin

RichardMarxisinnocent · 30/03/2021 15:28

@Notable

Reading comprehension, people.
I've just read it again and realised what it actually says. I've read a few things online in the past where only the first and last letters in each word were correct, the rest were in the wrong order or there were letters missing. The paragraph could still be read and understood though, because the brain only needed the first and last letters to be right and it filled in the rest itself. I assume people misreading this is a variation on that.
GabsAlot · 30/03/2021 15:29

funny had to read it twice

Soubriquet · 30/03/2021 15:29

Damn straight

I mean it should be obvious!
