Okay, for those who don’t remember ( and why would you? ) my other half and I are owned by six geese. Over the last couple of months they have become quite bold about coming up to the front door to demand feeding the moment I step out of it in the early afternoon. Being a nice autumn day I had the front door open. I heard honking close by and investigated to find two geese halfway up the stairs. This devolved into a Benny Hill style chase around our dining table until I managed to catch and eject them. Anyone any really good stuffing recipes?
