To insist on a contact centre?

Does anyone know anything about contact centres? If I was to say that my ex needed to go through a contact centre if he wanted to see our children again then would I be able to? Do you need to go through court to use a contact centre? And who has to pay for it??

I really do not know the answers but didn't want to read and run. My son is adopted and saw his birth parents through a contact centre before the adoption.

Are you able to say why you want to use a contact centre without outing yourself.

Although having read your previous posts I'm not convinced your ex would turn up tbh.

He wouldn’t but I want to stop contact without looking unreasonable so if I offer a contact centre then he can’t just say I’m stopping contact if that makes sense. But no he wouldn’t show up.
