Fitness trackers

I'm so fed up with my fitbit zip tracker, or rather I'm fed up with the software that just does not sync! Play store have masses of complaints about this issue but it's never fixed and every update makes things worse.

So can anyone recommend a replacement that is NOT apple and is NOT a watch as I'm very fond of the watch I have and I have to wear a medical bracelet on my other wrist. I'm also old and suspicious that anything worn on my wrist will lie and count me brushing my hair as 50 steps.

I have an android phone and need it to sync to that rather than a laptop too.

My Fitbit in my wrist is great and syncs well with my I-phone so not sure why the android version is so bad. You wear it on your non dominant wrist do it doesn’t count hair brushing etc. Have you deleted and re-installed the app?

Installed and re-installed over and over again. As have many others who have left feedback. I can't wear it on my non dominant arm as I have to wear my medical alert.
