Following on from numerous threads about how women change their behaviour to be safe from men...
It dawned on me today that my eternal 'resting bitch face' started as a defence aged 13 when I received a lot of unwanted and inappropriate attention from adult males. It's been my defence ever since.
But like a fool I believed I must have a horrible face, or that I was a 'bitch' Just another example of misogynistic language!
AIBU to think this might be true for other women?
