It's come to us and I'm really not prepared to move out with the children. I've spoken to him and he just refuses to move out.
What did you do? Did you get his stuff packed and just tell him to go? He hasn't cheated but he has acted unreasonably for years and I think I have good reasons for making him move out (substance abuse.) I also have a much bigger share in the house. When he's thinking straight he agrees that we should stay in the family home. Last night however, he started on the 'I'm not moving out so you can move your new bloke in' (there's absolutely no truth in this, it's a delusional belief to try to shift blame.)
Help, what can I do?
