I sold some boots in Vinted earlier. Packaged them up and send them this morning - dropped them off at a Hermes shop. I've since received a message to say hurrah! My parcel is on its way to me and will be delivered to ...the same Hermes shop! It was posted using the label sent by the buyer. I've sent a message but you don't seem to be able to see what you've sent so I don't know if they've received it. I logged on to the help centre and it's in French! I do speak French so I could deal with them can't be right, surely?
Any advice gratefully received! I could contact the buyer but I don't want to worry them unnecessarily...
