So annoyed with myself I broke down in work today and cried in front of my toxic boss.
Only a matter of time before she uses the tears against me 😩

I don't think it's a bad thing. Often people don't understand how they're making you feel. I'm a crier though. I always feel much better afterwards.

I'm so sorry OP. I'm wondering if you're a teacher... if you are you'd know why I think that. If he/she is doing anything to bully you please document it and complain or lodge with a union. I'm sorry you have this to deal with.

I've cried in front of my toxic boss, I'd only just started there and he was constantly micromanaging me and putting pressure on me to complete work in a certain time frame (which was hard as I was still getting used to the job). So one day I snapped and cried, was so embarrassed. However he apologised profusely and we had a much better relationship after that, I certainly never cried again at work. Big hugs to you I hope she feels awful.
