I recently (last summer) started a new job. I get lots of spam from companies in our industry. I haven't signed up to any of it so they have guessed (or have an automated system that guesses) my email address.
I actually thought this had been legislated against but google isn't helping. These twunts are hard to block as they use a variety of domains and senders - and recently one has started using something that seems to make it impossible to block.
I could go and unsubscribe but that really sticks in my craw as I didn't subscribe.
Anyone know if spam is actually illegal and is there anyone I can report it to?
